British Brownies

Interest Badges Interest badges can be done during Brownie
meetings or by individual Brownies at home. Click on a badge to see
what you would need to do in order to gain it.
Other Badges When Brownies make their promise they are given a promise badge. The badge is metal, yellow and has a trefoil on it. They are also given a pack name tape, a
county badge and a badge with their six emblem on. These are the
different six emblems.
From time to time Guiding Regions, the Guide
Association and WAGGGS bring out special badges that the Brownies can
work towards.
Activities for
WAGGGS members planning British Brownie evenings
You might like to play
a board game in which the girls collect Brownie interest badges. The
instructions, board and cards can be printed from here as a Word
document and here as a pdf.
Alternatively, why not choose one of the interest badges to try. (If you would like the girls to have the badge at the end contact louise@tartarus.org to see if you could arrange a swap with some badges from your country.) |
