You are wide awake

These are the challenges included in the you are wide awake section of our Wise Owl booklet.
Often we work on a challenge in a small group, but sometimes the whole Pack is involved.



Adventure

A1) Remember a brief message to pass onto someone else.
A2) Take part in a memory game.
A3) Know your full address and telephone number.
A3) Know how to contact the emergency services.
A4) Solve a puzzle that Brown Owl sets you.
A5) Use a secret code to send a message to another Brownie.
A6) Follow a trail.
A7) Learn the 4 compass points and play a game using them.
A8) Do another challenge to show that you are wide awake.



Adventure On

AO1) Learn a poem or similar to recite to the other Brownies.
AO2) Take part in a more complicated memory game.
AO3) Be able to give someone directions to your local shop, telephone box, and police station.
AO4) Solve a puzzle that Brown Owl sets you.
AO5) Invent a secret code and use it to send a message to another Brownie.
AO6) Lay a trail.
AO7) Learn the 8 compass points and play a game using them.
AO8) Do another challenge to show that you are wide awake.
